Bound to work:
Improving access to redress on the UK’s Seasonal Worker Scheme

This is the second report in Focus on Labour Exploitation (FLEX)'s series investigating and assessing the risks arising from the Government’s design of the Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS). This report looks at why thousands of migrant seasonal labourers become stuck in poor employment and are trapped in cycles of debt. SEEAC is honored to have contributed by facilitating individual interviews and providing insights on ESEA migrant workers in the UK.
