Programme Manager (Part-time, 4 days/week)

12-month fixed-term contract (Start February 2026)

SEEAC is recruiting a Programme Manager to lead our programme team, deliver community services and advocacy projects, and support our partnerships and fundraising work. This role is central to coordinating multiple projects, managing staff, and representing SEEAC across the sector.

We’re looking for someone with strong programme leadership experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to supporting ESEA migrants, refugees and minoritised communities.

Salary: £35,490–£38,220 FTE (pro rata) + pension
Location: Hybrid (East London & home working)
