SEEAC is implementing this project in partnership with Kanlungan Filipino Consortium and funded by Coronavirus Response Fund through Hackney Giving. This project aims to reduce vaccine inequity in the City and Hackney via a community-led approach. SEEAC and Kanlungan undertake outreach work for members of ESEA communities,
helping to increase uptake of both first and second COVID-19 vaccine doses, as well as promoting equitable uptake of booster jabs in eligible cohorts as when programme is rolled out. People who are not registered with a GP are eligible for vaccination, and our outreach include both people who are registered with a GP and those who are not registered with a GP.
