ServiceEnfield Saheli is a voluntary group run by women for women of Asian descent. They provide advice, information and advocacy for housing and welfare issues, health needs, obtaining services and outreach support. Since the pandemic, Enfield Saheli has provided wellbeing sessions like Yoga, Art Therapy, Laughter Yoga, Bollywood Dancing, Pranic Healing etc., to women on Zoom. Hackney Chinese Community Services (HCCS)
ServiceHCCS offers a general advice service, support in social welfare, health advocacy, elderly lunch club, mahjong club, youth club, community activities and outings, and translation services. They also provide support in hate crime, digital exclusion, and mental health. Their support and activities are currently undertaken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. They are now expanding their services to the East and Southeast Asian community.
From February to June 2021, HCCS are offering free mental health support in Mandarin and Cantonese provided by professionals for anyone going through a difficult time during Covid-19. 6x one-to-one phone/online sessions (flexible) and an optional empowering participatory group.

Meridian Wellbeing
ServiceMeridian Wellbeing is a London based mental health and wellbeing charity. Along with being the lead provider of the Barnet Wellbeing Hub, they provide a range of in-person and digital wellbeing and mental health services including talking therapies such as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) short-term talking therapy, counselling, Wellbeing Webinars, housing legal advice, a wide range of wellbeing activities and more. The services are delivered primarily in English and are open for all to access, but they also provide several specialised Chinese language services, including a designated Chinese Wellbeing Service that includes mental health Befriending, a recovery-focused Social Club and a preventative Wellbeing Club.

Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre*
ServiceNafsiyat offers short-term intercultural therapy to people from diverse backgrounds who live in Islington, Enfield, Camden and Haringey boroughs. It provides treatment in over 20 languages, including Indonesian, Chinese, Malay, Lao, Vietnamese, Thai. This therapy is short-term only but available at no charge. To access this therapy, you need to be referred to Nafsiyat, for example, by your GP or apply it to refer yourself. To apply directly, you will need to be registered with a GP and aged 18 or over.

ServiceProviding confidential counselling, advice and support to Asian women relating to Matrimonial and Family problems. The Elders and Carers Project helps isolated elderly people with their daily struggles to engage in the community. Their advisors speak multiple languages (including Chinese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Japanese, Lao and Vietnamese) and are aware of the difficulties elderly people face and how to rectify them. There are criteria that must be met for this project. To check your eligibility, or for more information, please visit the Elders and Carers Project page. Advice sessions are APPOINTMENT BASIS ONLY. ServiceCorimus is a Professional Psychological service based in Manchester. It is led by chartered counseling psychologist Dr. Tiffany Leung. Corimus services include 1:1 psychological and group therapy, coaching and mental health training. Tiffany also provides consultancy work for organisations and clinical supervision. Her clients include the HCCS (London) and Waiyin Society (Manchester). Tiffany is Chinese British and speaks fluent English, Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese.
